Shaped the concept of operations for carrier, expeditionary, and civil authority support that will serve the helicopter sea combat community well for years.● Key facilitator of wing capability to rapidly respond to emergent world events - rescue assets reported on scene within 24 hours as four hurricanes impacted the GOMEX and Atlantic shorelines in rapid succession.● Led wing efforts to stand up new naval aviation capabilities – aerial firefighting, port clearance operations, and integrating unmanned helicopters into deployed tasking both from ship and shore.● Identified readiness shortfalls that had plagued the rotary wing community for years and adeptly led wing and weapons school staffs from both coasts to eradicate them by aligning training and operational demands.

Orchestrated current and future operations for a squadron comprised of 220+ personnel and 10 helicopters flying 2000+ flight hours annually within a $1.5M budget. Led 80+ personnel on multiple embarked and shore-based detachments operating 4 helicopters in support of operational tasking. Led dynamic team of 12+ professionals providing support to the Admiral in command of Carrier Strike Group THREE, responsible for preparing and integrating combat ready forces to conduct prompt and sustained operations from the sea. Directed administrative processes for 3 support staffs, 10 ships, and 8 carrier air wing squadrons. Led evaluation and improvement of human resource planning and deployment readiness for a combined force of 9,000+ personnel.● Exemplary tactical expertise and instructor acumen was pivotal to the qualification of three new Tactical Flag Command Center Battle Watch Captains and two Flag Tactical Action Officers.● Spearheaded staff efforts to prepare for the 2015 Board of Inspection and Survey evaluation of USS John C.
