Manage day-to-day operations for digital presses, off-set graphic presses, U.V. coater machines, and various finishing machines for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collaterals and other printed media. Handles direct customer relations and provided multiple solutions to sales department with print issues. Oversee competitive bids and reach out to suppliers and vendors for comparable prices and options. Additional responsibilities also includes graphic design and marketing promotional products.

Providing assistance to the manager of the Washburn print shop, conducting finishing tasks to work requests and been trained with the senior graphic designer to help with the ongoing work load. Work load consist of digital file preparation, modifying design communication pieces and visuals, typos for stationary, pamphlets, posters and brochures.

Color production specialist at ALSTOM Power. Responsible for managing quality print production and graphic design functions related to producing various advertising, sales promotion and employee communication pieces that range in variety: sell sheets, product brochures, and meeting materials. In addition, implements other procedures including functions related to basic project management: prepress file preparation, offset and digital printing, distribution, and print estimating.

Conducted a 15-week program of learning the basics of handling production in a printing environment. These basics consist of prepress production, full-color digital publishing, offset printing, graphic design, order processing, and customer service.
