Conducts research and analysis to support HumRRO’s Talent Assessment and Analytics Program (TAAP). TAAP's mission is to provide evidence-based assessment and analytic solutions to meet clients’ human capital needs. Technical duties include job analysis, data analysis, and the development of assessment instruments. Assessment development experience covers many different contexts (e.g., applicant selection, promotion, self-assessment, credentialing), different types of jobs and organizations (e.g., military, education, healthcare, federal law enforcement, electric utility), and a variety of assessment methods (e.g., multiple-choice, rich-media job simulations, structured interviews, situational judgment tests, role plays, in-baskets). Particular areas of expertise include developing multiple-choice assessments, training subject-matter experts in item development, and developing job-related simulations and rich-media assessments designed to measure specific job-related competencies and leadership capabilities.
