Dual role of project manger and product engineer working on the development and release of new low power audio amplifiers, and CODECs in the consumer electronics market.Project Management> Responsible for leading a cross functional product development team to bring new, customer driven, innovative and cost effective products to market.+ Efficiently manage new projects through all phases of the new product life cycle+ Ensure customer focus is maintained throughout the project with consistent customer interaction and developing a good understanding of the their needs and applications.+ Build and maintain project schedule, budget, risk mitigation plans and product cost+ Lead all project meetings to facilitate communication, action item resolution and problem solving within the teamProduct Engineer> Responsible for the qualification and verification of device robustness as well as the setup of all manufacturing facilities and the transition to mass production.+ Design, build and execute all needed qualification hardware and testing.+ Setup all fabrication and assembly site facilities for the mass manufacture of the product+ Create and maintain material management plan to ensure availability for developmental work and the beginning customer ramp+ Direct all prototype packaging and failure analysis efforts for customer returns, engineering debug, qualification and other activities
