Working as a key member of the hotel Management Team, I was directly responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operations of all guest service areas including Front Desk, Valet, Maintenance, Concierge, and Housekeeping; maintaining consistently exemplary guest service and the highest team member engagement and performance standards.I participated in the ongoing development of the Hotel Eldorado, including revenue forecasting; ensuring the consistent delivery of operational standards, and overseeing the health, safety and security of both guests and employees. I was to ensure all operational standards and internal policies relating to the Front Desk were kept up-to-date and all monthly financial projections and results for Front Desk were accurate and on target to expectations.I was responsible for careful control over costs in the departments and consistently achieving expense and productivity targets/margins as outlined in forecast/budget.
