I know a thing or two about a thing or two because I've seen and done a thing or two ;)Over the years, I've learned that above anything else, "people" can be the worlds greatest resource as long as they believe in themselves. I challenge myself, AND my athletes / clients with that everyday. Find your passions, and then find the people that share them.. and your world will soon begin to change for the better. Health is the first step to longevity and confidence, and I've found that helping people reach their "active" goals, not only improves my world, but the worlds of my clients. By creating fun and challenging events and ways for people to reach not only their own goals, but other unexpected results, I have found a way of life that not only feeds me, but allows me the infinite space to grow as well.
