Creating, implementing, and enforcing credit and collections policies and procedures for 120+ branches in 35 states with 165+ million in sales. Making sure every dollar that goes out comes back in.

I was the sole employee of the A/R and Credit Department which I created and maintained. I was responsible for.... - The credit processing and approval of all new customers. - For communicating with and collecting all outstanding balances from all customers. - For the creation and disbursement of monthly statements to all customers.  - For all lien notices and filings. - For the creation and processing of all factoring/borrowing bases weekly/monthly. - For posting all payments received daily via the mail, lockbox, and wires received. - For processing all credit card payments and posting those payments. - For generating weekly payroll for all internal employees up to 50 employees at its peak. - For the setup, negotiation, and renewal each year of an A/R insurance policy. - For the creation and verification of all prevailing wage jobs and paperwork. - For the verification of all restoration billing prior to me mailing or emailing it to all customers. Up to several hundred invoices each week with values totaling between 1-3 million. - For generating all reports required to fulfill all audit requirements. - For the 401k program, deduction tracking, posting of those deductions to the website, and completion of all yearly compliance paperwork. - For the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the pay card system utilized to pay employees. (First Data/Ipay) - For the setup, maintenance, and posting of all social media sites and advertising. - For the processing, investigation, and completion of all Department of Labor and EEOC complaints. - For the creation and the disbursement of all W2's. - For the investigation and reporting of any internal theft by use of the payroll system or pay card system. - For the tracking and ordering of all pay sheet and pay card supplies. - If you have read this far congratulations. Making up to 400+ calls per day. - Collecting of accounts from $100 up 100k from medical bills, bank accounts, short term loans, and various other outstanding debts.  - Creation and management of payment arrangements.  - One on one communication with clients about debts turned in to us. - Negotiation of settlement agreements between customers and debtors. - Skip tracing of debtors by means of the internet and other location tools. - Assisting with the training of new collectors.  - Completion of paperwork for any lawsuit deemed necessary.  - Staying current on knowledge and use of Fair debt collection practices.
