Ryan Hall’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial construction litigation and policyholders with insurance-related issues, including insurance recovery. In his construction practice, Ryan represents owners, contractors, and public entities and regularly litigates breach of contract, construction lien foreclosure, and construction defect claims. Ryan advises commercial policyholders on a variety of insurance issues, including contractual insurance provisions, claim disputes, additional insured issues, insurance recovery, and insurance applications and renewals. Ryan has represented policyholders in complex coverage disputes throughout Oregon and Washington and has secured payment of policy benefits under commercial general liability (CGL), property, and builder’s risk policies.In addition to his litigation background, Ryan is experienced in negotiating and drafting construction contracts, and entity formation. Ryan takes time to understand his clients’ businesses and is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centric guidance.Prior to joining Miller Nash, Ryan practiced civil litigation and commercial law in Dallas, Texas.
