I provide a lubrication solution that increases productivity with lower costs in one of two ways: As a technical expert: I partner with them examining their processes, equipment, and results to pinpoint root causes and challenges and provide a solutionAs a chemist/formulator: I have a strong history of developing several successful new products and lines which allows me to be able to engineer the right formula for their needsIn coaching it’s about helping kids learn the game while having fun. I have and continue to coach kids in several programs in soccer, basketball, and tennis. In either case it comes down to problem solving. What’s always motivated me is making something from scratch or creating something that works and people like or want. It’s a continual learning process. Even though I’m considered an expert in metalworking and lubrication, I love learning more. That’s why I’m active in STLE, look to connect and collaborate with peers to keep current on best practices and innovation.
