Assists with developing uniform production standards and monitoring projects to ensure that quality and production standards are met for all design and contract documents with Managing and Directing Principals. Assists with asset management with managing Principals.

Manages some of the firms most complex, and largest projects. Responsible for coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Prepares strategic plans for project success. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects.Serves as a leader of a studio team, helping to determine staffing needs and provide project quality control. Provides oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced project managers. Provides mentoring and training for Architects, Architectural Designers, Interior Designers, Architectural Staff, Construction Administrators, and other team members.

Project manager, construction administrator and designer.Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; construction administration; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.

Manager of day to day operation and coordination of all facility services such as building operation, preventative maintenance, facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevator, fire suppression/protection safety/security) janitorial, ground care, pest control, furniture and equipment repair and maintenance, and responsible for overall quality control of over 90,000 square feet (SF) of buildings and 10 acres of grounds. Managed turn-key building and property improvement and maintenance projects. Supervised maintenance team consisting of facility directors, maintenance specialists and custodial staff. Administered contracts to clients, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. Developed and maintained building and system information data base, energy consumption evaluations and comprehensive building operation budgets.

Project manager, construction administrator and designer. Associate responsible for the supervision and quality of contract management, specification writing and construction administration. Managed the design, documentation and construction of several of the firm’s most significant projects. Involved in a wide range of project types (site improvements, master site planning, space planning, interior fit out, furniture and equipment installations, low-income housing, custom homes, educational/classroom buildings, offices, data centers and restoration work) and familiar with all phases of architectural work (programming, site planning and design, building design, construction documentation and services).
