Managed Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) relationships and developed IMO marketing strategy. Collaborated with IMO leadership on ways Assurity could add insight and marketing support that had commercial value to distributor partners.

Recognized strategic opportunity to implement marketing platform for mutual benefit of IDA agencies and IDA core carriers. Subsequently developed, implemented and maintained digital marketing platform for IDA agencies, wherein IDA agencies could browse, schedule and execute email and social media marketing campaigns using curated and developed content. Platform enjoyed wide adoption, and facilitated delivery tens of millions of marketing emails and hundreds of thousands of social media impressions in 2018.Sought out, contracted with, and developed sales tools which helped IDA agencies grow their production and reinforced and expanded IDA’s core carrier value proposition. Created and delivered presentations on relevant marketing and technology topics to and on behalf of IDA agencies. From 2017 to 2018 served as Interim Financial Institution Platform Director in addition to traditional responsibilities. Promoted to Senior Vice President in August, 2018.
