• Supervising a team of four riggers, assisting CT offshore with the installation of icc and pcc he cables, with use of a cps system. (seaproof). • Pre rigging TP’S and OSS prior to Cable installation. • Installation of messenger lines using a mini rov. • Applying temporary hang offs once cables have been installed. • Assisting with Cable load out on the quay side, operating Cable tensioners. • Carrying out daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, handovers and debriefs. • Overseeing all lifting operations in accordance with LOLER. • Maintaining high levels of health and safety and good communication.

Holland-On-Sea And Clacton-On-Sea, Sea Defence Project.

• Working as part of a four man crew on rock barge Bolle 8. • Overseeing rock dumping operations, giving constant feedback to the barge master. • Carrying our various duties on deck, such as generator management, rigging and lifting operations, assisting the tug boat with ropes and tow gear. • Maintaining high levels of health and safety and good communication.

London Array Offshore Windfarm.

• Responsible for the safety of rope access workers, carrying out interior and exterior inspections. • Making sure all relevant safety equipment was in place.• Monitoring and recording gas levels within the confined space. • Part of a two man crew on an amphibious rescue vehicle. • Carrying our daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, handovers and debriefs. • Maintaining high levels of health and safety and good communication.
