Responsible for making a wide variety of cocktails ranging from classics to popular/current cocktails. Having a high standard of knowledge of drinks such as wines, whiskeys, cognacs and armagnacs. Other responsibilities involve keeping a high standard of maintenance of the bar ensuring it is a hygienic place of work and serving bottle drinks, tapped beers and hot drinks. I offer exceptional customer service and aim to provide whatever the customer asks of me to ensure they have a memorable experience when they visit.
