Through a staff of 30-40 people and a restrictive operating budget, I managed all aspects of manufacturing, productivity, sales and employee retention. I scheduled projects to maximize man hours and minimize any delays by coordinating flow through the plant. I was able to meet and exceed customer satisfaction by accommodating rush orders on demand when needed. Additionally, I reported plant progress, budgets, and ideas to COO weekly and ran weekly safety meetings. I ran an invoicing system called CoreCentric.
