Oversees and coordinates legal functions supporting the organizational departments, including: the development and negotiation of corporate contracts; the review and resolution of appeals and other stakeholder challenges; the protection and enforcement of corporate intellectual property; providing advice and recommendations to organizational executives, managers, and staff; and, engaging with external counsel as needed.

Counsel non-profit organizations as well as national and international professional membership associations and credentialing bodies regarding professional ethics, professional certification misrepresentation, professional association and certification issues, organizational policies and procedures, intellectual property issues, contracts and licensing agreements, and corporate governance. Advise clients concerning employee and personnel matters, including the application of corporate employee policies, and assist in the resolution of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) issues. Represent pro-bono clients through the Mercer County Volunteer Lawyers Project.
