As a Field Marketing Executive at Milwaukee under TTI's Graduate Leadership Programme, I play a crucial role in the ambition and innovative environment of Milwaukee based in the South-west. July 2018 - f+b team member - had my daily duties that included cleaning and serving food, till work and cash handlingMay 2019 - food and beverage team leader at crealy -I was promoted and was trusted with more responsibility where I had some control over my units I operated in as well as the team. I had legal paperwork that needed to be completed, deal with complaints from customers, stock offering and transfers whilst planning where my team should report to and what their responsibilities were that day.June 2021 - Assistant kiosk manager at crealy - I worked closely with the kiosk manager running 8 separate units that made on average £12,000 a day and managed a team of around 30 people including 2 team leaders and 2 senior team members. My responsibilities were checking and ordering stock to maximise profit, organising where the team was working every day, dealing with complaints, weekly audits and meetings with members to ensure the team was happy and working within regulations and providing training. I also had KPI’s that I had to aim for which would consist of stock, wastage, labour, revenue etc to ensure the business was on track for profit maximisation.
