- Running the design studio, Leading a team of designers, pattern cutters, sample machinists to create sample prototypes.- Writing the design briefs for each season- Designing, building and installing the seasonal art installations for the showrooms in Paris and Milan.- Overseeing the menswear & womenswear collections.- Designer of all leather garments, outerwear, tailoring, denims, knitwear and jersey garments.- Creating and developing unique washes and dye processes and visiting European laundries to make protos and the Qc for production.- Sourcing all the fabrics and trimmings for each seasons from international trade shows and european countries.- Producing with international manufacturers to ensure highest quality garments. - Overseeing all QC checks on the PPS samples with the garment technician.- Working closely with the size grader on all size specs and giving size increments.- Visiting all factories to oversee production and sampling.- Managing the website design layout and updating each season.- Working with the e-commerce team to ensure the website is running smoothly.- Designing season promotional campaigns, look books, creating ideas and themed videos with film producers.- Directing photoshoots and design layout for promotional lookbooks and advertisement.
