• Oversee the daily operations of a $29,000 a week restaurant while maintaining food quality, food safety, and customer service standards. • Store was consistently ranked in the top 5 for the entire franchise for Speed of Service, Profit after Controllable, and Sales Volume.• Averaged over 40% sales growth year over year for 2015.• Train, mentor, and lead over 25 crew members and 5-7 managers.• Conduct Inventories, Purchasing, Hiring, and Scheduling for the entire store.

• Manage and coordinate the daily efforts of approximately 15 hourly employees in the safe, efficient production of corrugated boxboard. • Ensure that product specifications are met with a high standard of quality and efficiency. • Ensure that delivery commitments are met on time. • Ensure compliance with all company standards in safety, waste, quality and productivity. • Cross-train employees in key positions. • Counsel, coach and discipline employees as necessary. • Lead department safety and crew meetings.

• Facilitated the learning environment for the Army Reconnaissance Course by providing feedback, training aids, and supervision to students.

• Responsible for the combat employment, readiness, health, welfare, morale, discipline, individual and collective training and professional development of seven Soldiers and three Non Commissioned Officers.• Accountable for the maintenance and operational readiness of two M1127 and two M-ATV vehicles valued in excess of $5.7 million• Raised the average physical fitness score of the platoon to 249 points out of 300 by implementing a rigorous fitness improvement program within the platoon.• Mentored and led three Soldiers to complete the Army’s Warrior Leader Course with one Non-Commissioned Officer attaining graduation honors. • Conducted and resourced advanced marksmanship training which resulted in five Soldiers qualifying expert and more than 90% of shooters qualifying the first time.• Hand selected by the Squadron Commander over 20 other Staff Sergeants to serve as the Platoon Sergeant for a specialty logistics platoon which was responsible for the movement of over $200 million worth of equipment to forward deployed units throughout the Brigade’s area of operations while deployed in Afghanistan.• Directly responsible for the training and leadership of 16 lower enlisted Soldiers and 3 Non-Commissioned Officers while deployed in a combat environment.• Maintained 100% accountability of over $16 million worth of property and equipment throughout combat operations and a troop change of command.• Directly enabled Brigade operations in the Shah Wali Kot district of Afghanistan by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of over 2500 tons worth of fortification materials resulting in the establishment of three new combat checkpoints.• Responsible for the maintenance and supply accountability of two Stryker Reconnaissance Vehicle and all associated equipment valued in excess of $4.5 million.

• Responsible for the training, mentorship, and professional development of nine to eighteen students over a three week training period.• Selected as the Instructor of the Cycle on two separate occasions based on professionalism and knowledge• Extensive knowledge base resulted in being chosen to finalize and refine the Warrior Leader Course student packets for the entire Academy• Achieved a 100% quality rating on all student packet submissions setting the standard for fellow instructors to follow.• Superior teaching and leadership abilities resulted in his students receiving the following accolades: 1 Distinguished Honor Graduate, 3 Honor Graduates, 27 Commandants List recipients, and 2 Leadership Awardees. • Personally assisted the Academy in being awarded the Institution of Excellence while receiving superior comments and reviews from Training and Doctrine Command and United States Army Sergeant Majors Academy for student evaluations and records.

-Perform reconnaissance duties as a Cavalry Scout in an armored Cavalry unit.-Served as a command driver for the S-3 Major-Served as the C Troop armorer inspecting, maintaining, and keeping an inventory of all sensitive and lethal equipment.-Filled the role of driver, dismount, gunner, and vehicle commander while stationed with 3rd Squadron 7th US Cavalry.-Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I, II, and III.

-Awarded the Draper Armor Leadership Award and recognized as top graduate for class.-Trained and developed into an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist over a rigorous 16 week course.
