I am a recent graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in Entertainment Media Studies and English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. I am passionate about writing, storytelling, and sports.In my English and Creative Writing coursework, I have experience in writing short stories, narrative non-fiction, analytical essays, poetry, and other mediums. I have experience writing critical essays both at the University of Georgia and Oxford University during a study abroad program.I have further experience in communications, leading teams, and event planning through my work as the Submissions Coordinator of the Backlight Student Film Festival, an award-winning university-wide student film festival at the University of Georgia. Through my work with Afternoon Analytics, I have created sports content in both the written and audiovisual form for web publication and gained experience covering and researching sports ranging from professional and collegiate American sports and European professional football.I believe that my passion for writing, my experience in creative and leadership roles, the variety of exposure to different forms of creative outlets provide me with a unique and multifaceted background that suits me for many different specialties in the realm of written work.
