I work currently as a Test Technician at AeroVironment. In this role, I work alongside engineering and manufacturing specialists to ensure the quality and calibration of aerospace products. I worked along with engineering on creating and updating production and testing procedures, schematics, and operations. I also worked with production technicians throughout the various stages of assembly. Because of this, I have greatly developed skills in attention to detail, following procedures, working with various hand tools, soldering, working on a production floor, solving and troubleshooting complex problems, data entry and management, and general computer skills. I am pursuing a degree and career in engineering, as I have quickly become absorbed in that aspect of my work.I have also worked for several years in the restaurant and customer service industries. I started working in restaurants as a waiter, and held the roles of a host, a server, a food runner, and a busser. From beginning to end I was helping our customers. I built strong skills in communication with customers, and I enjoyed providing them with exceptional service. My dedication in the workplace made me stand out, and I was promoted to floor manager. In this position, I continued to ensure a great experience for customers, as well as making sure the whole team worked towards this same goal. I built great skills cooperating, communicating, teaching, and leading. I also worked as a cashier in the retail industry, and I provided excellent customer service there.
