Key Project 1: Travel Expense Tracking Tool Development • Project Overview: Developed a cloud-based Travel Expense tracking tool using SharePoint Online and Excel for better travel budget forecasting and executive decision-making. The tool was capable of updating and editing over 100 Excel workbooks at a time, covering 82 Activity-level, 46 Project-level, and 4 Program-level workbooks. • Achievements: o Increased Efficiency: Automated updates across over 100 workbooks, saving significant time in data management. o Scalable Solution: Successfully implemented a scalable tool that improved the consistency and accuracy of workbook updates across various levels of the organization.

A key part of this process was identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies in the documentation before signing my approval. This documentation was critical for Health Canada audits to demonstrate our compliance with regulations.
