• Report month-end and forecasted P&L financial results to management and executive leadership within the Manufacturing & Distribution vertical of the organization. Detailed financial planning and analysis to compare actual results to plan and budget reforecasts. • Prepare ad hoc financial cost analysis for the CFO and the broader Manufacturing & Distribution organizations to support key business decision making. Present findings of the analysis to management. • Review the general ledger, payables, and purchase order accruals for coding accuracy and reclass as necessary. Analyze G&A expenses and submit accruals to ensure proper accounting treatment. Utilize accounting background to improve accuracy and efficiency of financial presentation. • Work closely with various logistical teams to review and submit month-end accruals.

• Prepare accurate and complete shareholder reports (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) including related footnotes and financial statement disclosures.• Worked with clients and external auditors to prepare regulatory reports to meet SEC regulations and ensure filings are free of material misstatements.• Prepare monthly and quarterly holdings reports to ensure accuracy of reporting and presentation in accordance with industry guidance. Validate schedules and reconciliations to support the holdings and financial statement information and disclosures. Analyze and calculate post adjusting journal entries for trial balances and portfolio turnover ratios.• Prepare and maintain all supporting documentation and back-up for Shareholder Reports and SEC filings. Determine the appropriate support required based on the disclosures presented and the filing.
