I have over two years of experience in account management, strategic planning, negotiation, forecasting, and customer service in the printing industry.My core competencies are building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with national accounts, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs, analyzing market trends and customer data to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities, and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. I also have a background in IT hardware and software support, which enables me to troubleshoot and solve technical problems for my clients.
