I am currently employed with Precision Zone Inc. in Wheeling, Illinois and have been with this company for over five years. We specialize in repair of industrial electronics including motions, drives, motors, and controls for many manufacturers of CNC machinery. My role within the company has grown and changed over the years as I have learned more about the industry and have become a versatile asset to Precision Zone Inc. I began in Receiving where I started to learn the industry and the products that we work on. This allowed me to quickly adapt to a future customer service role. During my time working in mainly customer service, I continued to learn more about the electronics we repair and was then trained in our Parts Department. In the Parts Department, I was responsible for the purchasing parts, drives, etc. as well as outsourcing repairs and my customer service duties. After a few years of focusing mainly on customer service, I am now in charge of scheduling and managing technicians repair schedules efficiently, outsourcing repairs on a fast-paced schedule, training new employees in the Receiving Department, as well as customer service for exclusive clients. I am a goal-oriented, fast learner who would like to continue my growth in this or similar fields. As I am a self-starter I enjoy keeping busy on a day to day basis and look forward to situations where I can use my multi-tasking skills to complete tasks both quickly and efficiently.
