Ryan M. Hooper advocates for clients in areas of practice that include land use, environmental law and real estate law. Joining the firm in 2006, he is licensed to practice before all State Courts of California and the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of California.Representing landowners and developers throughout Northern California, Mr. Hooper has extensive experience with matters concerning zoning and planning issues, state and federal environmental permitting, Subdivision Map Act compliance, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). He frequently represents clients before local, state and federal agencies on issues related to developer fees and flood control.Committed to his community, he is actively involved in a number of service organizations, including the Sacramento Tree Foundation, and the Crocker Art Museum. He remains active in the Jesuit High School Alumni Association, UC Davis Alumni Association, and the McGeorge School of Law Alumni Association. A native of Sacramento, California, Mr. Hooper graduated from the University of California at Davis before earning his Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law.
