Current- Execute creative and high-quality menus for catering events, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.- Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage to ensure adequate supplies are available for catering events.- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as necessary to ensure smooth catering operations.- Prepare and present food in an attractive manner, paying attention to color, texture, and flavor.- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.- Manage kitchen equipment and appliances, ensuring they are maintained and in good working condition.- Communicate with FoH managers and clients to understand their catering needs and preferences and provide recommendations.- Collaborate with event planners to coordinate all aspects of catering events, including setup, service, and cleanup.- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality performance and efficient operations.
