Leading a team of marketing scientists who are active across the agency, consulting on research design and analysis. Specialising in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, trade off and classical data modelling approaches for customer insights. Customer satisfaction and purchase journey modelling, MMM, price and line optimisation, data fusion & imputation, segmentation and image recognition. Developing unique and industry first data products such as Babbage, Klondike Live and tkkr. Clients range from Honda and VW to the AA, Next, EE, Heathrow and the Wine Society.

Consulting on all stages of research from initial brief, design and analysis to the crisp and engaging communication of findings, the role it to enhance research practice, methods and design. I also develop full stack data driven applications, combining Django, SQL and D3.js to add value to new and existing data streams, bringing data to life in new and exciting ways. Data modelling packages in Python & SPSS. Servicing quantitative research teams across the Automotive, Retail, Pharma and Technology sectors, clients include Jaguar Land Rover, ASDA and Sony.

I support a team of 38 insight researchers, consulting on methodology, survey design, weighting, and analysis. My role is to expand the ad hoc research business amongst media owners and agencies, primarily national newspapers, broadcasters and digital brands. I consult on a number of high profile projects, both in the UK and abroad with the mission to find opportunities to add value and enhance research findings. I undertake audience segmentations, data modelling and brand diagnostics using a variety of multivariate techniques extending beyond classical techniques to latent class and data integration techniques. I have delivered significant pieces of analyses for among others, Channel 4, Associated Newspapers, News International, the Telegraph Media Group, Orange, Subway, Samsung and P&G. In this role, I have also has worked with the BBC, Ofcom and alongside leading agency teams in Mindshare, Total Media, Ogilvy, the Futures Company and Universal McCann. Within the field of data fusion, I have designed and maintain some of the industry’s most well-known fusion products such as TGI net. As a member of the Research Sciences team, I participate in other business units as required, and take a very active role in new product development. I also deliver internal and external training programmes aimed at building client relationships and raising the profile of the offering.
