Tactical Supply Wing 2022 - Present (2014-17 & 2008-2012) A versatile logistics unit that supports RAF and ground operations by offering tactical refueling to aircraft in the UK and abroad. As the senior transport manager, I oversee all facets of road transport and planned maintenance for a fleet of more than 100 assets, including bulk fuel carrying vehicles. Ensuring compliance to a plethora of regulations required for transportation and fuel delivery to aircraft, including Department of Transport road worthiness, ADR, IMDG, and ensuring vehicle availability levels meet the requirements for all UK and overseas commitments, adjusting staffing availability to reflect workforce and resource levels. The unit's training manager, I am in charge of managing the driver vehicle training program for more than 200 drivers on a range of vehicles, including lorry cranes, MHE, ADR, and bulk fuel carrying vehicles. I handle all accidents and occurrences in order to conduct inquiries and gather data for different insurance providers.

RAF Recruitment and Selection Birmingham In my capacity as office manager, I was in charge of making sure my offices within my area of responsibility (AOR) produced the necessary amount of work and met the workforce needs as set forth by the command headquarters. In order to achieve this, I had to efficiently manage, organise, and control every resource that was made available to me, including the staff. By supervising the daily operations and prompt resolution of all Officer and Enlisted Aviators cases handled by my staff in the office, including actively guiding candidates through the recruitment process in compliance with the best practices for candidate relationship management; and by making necessary contributions to career-engagement initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of the RAF in public settings, educational institutions, the Air Cadets Organisation, and at public events and shows. As part of my responsibilities, I had to make sure that the Commanding Officer of Recruitment and Selection's needs were met while also achieving best practices and value for the money.

RAF’s road-going heavy lift capability around UK and Europe. Managing workforce of up to 50 personnel, coordinated all elements of workplace health and safety, personnel training and qualifications. Ensured staffing availability in line with resource and workforce levels. Selected for a hugely significant CI event to transfer the squadron onto a Force Readiness Cycle (FRC), leaning into the project, articulated observations intelligently, debated smartly and contributed to a complete squadron reset. Produced and prepared FRC guidelines; this was succinct staff-work and absorbed into the squadrons Quality Management System. Building custodian; conducting, reviewing and amending COSHH &Risk assessments, environmental plans, waste management, workplace inspections, safe systems of work, PPE requirements, Fire Management plan, spillage response plans and business continuity plans.
