I'm an educator with eighteen years of classroom experience across the UK's independent and state sectors, including roles in whole-school leadership, Head of Department, Sixth Form Tutor, and A Level Examiner. I have been course leader through two Ofsted inspections (2020 and 2024- both 'Outstanding') and Head of Department through several ISI inspections. I consistently deliver results that prove that my students make excellent progress measured by Value Added.I am passionate about developing solutions to enable data-driven classrooms and helping schools form coherent data strategies. I believe that acting on assessment data is the key to ensuring that each student knows how to make progress and reach their true potential.I love learning new technology, and I bootstrapped my own A Level Economics learning platform as a web application while teaching the subject.
