- Business development, liaising with Airlines, Corporate Jet operators, Wheel and Brake overhaul providers and General Aviation customers developing new business and supporting existing business.- Providing business quotes and pricing- Negotiating with Suppliers regarding purchasing and supply- Establish and maintain customer and supplier communication and relations.- Provide technical assistance to customers and/or act as a conduit for technical information.- Know and analyse the competition.- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the products offered and a thorough understanding of their applications.- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and communicate expectations to Sales support personnel.

Answering the phone, Post, Filing etc. We have a computer system called CAFAM which stands for Computerised Application for Aircraft maintenance which is the main frame of all our systems from quoting to issuing of tyres.The booking in of tyres is the core of the computer system as this generates all the information of one tyre as each tyre has a serial number for traceability. Within this serial number it can give you information on what date and where is was manufactured. These tyres come with a certificate which is always kept for complete traceability.Not all the tyres we supply has a serial number but the majority do.The paperwork that is issued with the tyres is very specific.
