Based in commitment and acceptance therapy, Aris Clinic provides me with the opportunity to expand my spectrum of talents medical scribing for the field of psychiatry. Working with kids ages 8-18, I’ll follow their intensive outpatient program learning practices used at Aris for behavioral health management best suited to maximize kids’ potential.

Working to better the campus culture and attitude toward LGBTQIA+ folks through a series of outreach, education, and advocacy.

As an intern at OutFront MN, I had the opportunity to engage in scholarly work with passionate community members to improve the landscape and atmosphere for LGBGTQ++ persons in Minnesota. Throughout the summer I interacted with the four sectors of OutFront (Anti-violence, Educational Equity, Policy & Organizing, and Training) and now am better equipped for future roles within psychology, sociology, political science, and human rights fields. Such work could include, but is not limited to, independent research on anti-trans & gender-affirming care bans around the country, the intersection of religion and LGBTQ++ identities, and equality and equity legislation for marginalized communities.
