As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Harsch Investment Properties, I am responsible for all aspects of corporate finance operations, accounting, IT, lender relationship management, and financing of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio, acquisitions, construction and redevelopment projects. My background includes over 18 years of real estate finance, retail, and development experience with the successful completion of over $2 billion in financing transactions with commercial lenders, banks, and life insurance companies. Prior to joining Harsch Investment Properties, I was Manager of Development for Limited Brands, overseeing the development of the 12 million square-foot mixed-use Easton Town Center project in Columbus, Ohio.My education consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s in International Policy Studies from Stanford University. I am on the Board of Directors as well as Treasurer of the Institute for Youth Success (formerly Oregon Mentors), a Portland-based non-profit dedicated to expanding mentoring and strengthening youth development organizations in Oregon.
