Uniform services consists of 3 lines of business - Aramark Uniform Services, Canadian Linen and Aramark Direct Sales. Contributed to overall success of Aramark as member of Executive Leadership Council since 2006. Differentiated, created value for customers / clients, and accelerated profitable revenue growth for Aramark Uniform Services, Canadian Linen, and Aramark Direct Sales lines of business. Led all growth strategy and execution, with full accountability for all business growth levers, including new sales, business retention, base growth expansion, and pricing. In addition to leading growth organization, also held responsibility for all customer service call centers as well as P&L leadership for Aramark Direct Sales LOB.• Led sales team with direct-line responsibility for 1,100+ frontline Account Executives, 150+ Strategic Account sellers, and 120+ Sales Managers.• Led all go-to-market strategy for the 4,500+ Route Service Representative team.• Provided hands-on leadership for ten-person management team consisting of Vice Presidents of Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Strategic Account Management, and Aramark Direct Sales Operations.• Led organization through global pandemic in FY20; kept team safe, helped critical businesses stay operational, and added / invested in 325 sales professionals to bolster future growth.• Delivered record growth rates in 2022.• Helped prepare Uniform Services Division for planned 2023 spinoff from Aramark.• Received recognition by Aramark CEO and received esteemed 2022 Growth Leadership Award for delivering record-setting profitable growth.
