Current• Provided over 2,000 hours of instruction on numerous topics, ranging from Heavy Weaponry to Counseling Techniques to Leadership Development to over 500 students.• Developed and implemented numerous training cycles and schedules for Marines and ensured each Marine completed each of the critical training tasks in accordance with Training and Readiness Tasks.• Effectively counseled and mentored over 3 dozen Marines while serving in numerous billets.• Served as a Squad Leader for 13 Marines during a yearlong work-up and 7-month deployment.• Led a Platoon of 30 Marines during multiple training evolutions as the Platoon Sergeant in 3d Battalion, 1st Marines.• Fulfilled the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge for the Camp Pendleton Training Tank, supervising 10 Marines and overseeing countless hours of swim instruction and high-risk aquatic training. • Served as an Element Leader, leading (5) Special Operators throughout multiple training evolutions and on one SOF Deployment, leading combat patrols and assisting Partner Nation Forces in combat operations.• Oversaw the effective use of a $7.6 million dollar budget for the conduct of the Program, which employed 150 local employees and military service members.• Developed $10.3 million dollar budget for fiscal year 2023.• Constructed and submitted (3) logistical requests, totaling $3.5 million dollars and coordinated (15) international air logistical air movements to fulfill the (3) logistical requests.• Possess a current TS/SCI Security Clearance.• Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Semi-fluent in Somali
