Review any “Red Flags” with the Senior Risk Mitigation Analyst• Reconciling monthly bank statements in a timely manner• Assisting clients with any issues that may arise during the life of their loan; building rapport with clients• Working with the attorneys, closing coordinator and other departments to coordinate certain pre- and post-closing functions• Prepare post-closing package for document custodian and GNMA; input GNMA information into GNMA Portal• Prepare loan input forms for new loans using closing documents and inputting loan information into CS system• Miscellaneous duties as requested from both internal and external clients
