Generated customer approval, fabrication, manufacturing, and assembly drawings with associated bills of materials compliant with ANSI Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing Standard. Approved hydraulic and electrical control diagrams and assemblies from vendors. Developed design tools to reduce lead time for customer approval drawings and indexing tools for sales staff to base quotations on previously built product library. Prepared design reports detailing 3-D design envelope, stresses throughout the assembly, counter balance, and overturning moment. Supported aftermarket staff on refurbishments, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Installed dilute and dense phase pneumatic transfer systems designed to meet the demand of production lines and preserve integrity of finished products. Coordinate timelines with contractors and plant maintenance to aid in project management and deadlines. Implement data acquisition system to evaluate operations and identify optimum process parameters. Improved communication from Human Interface Module to operator by indicating alarm conditions in intuitive language and eliminating unnecessary alarm “noise”. Upgraded recycle and cooling tower water systems to lower water usage, improve water quality, increase heat exchanger efficiency, and reduce contamination of the storm water runoff.
