Current• Serves as the ambassador for the USAREC CG and CSM embedded within the 5th Recruiting Brigade.• Advises installation senior leaders on all recruiting efforts and support. • Provides opportunities to tell the USAREC story to Leaders, Soldiers and Families of the Army and the local community. • Assist and advises senior Leaders in identifying skills that will make Soldiers effective in a USAREC assignment and promote an understanding of rewards and benefits of serving with USAREC. • Builds relationships between operational units and local recruiting units and assist in installation and USAREC coordination of Total Army Involvement in Recruiting (TAIR) assets.• Developes, plan, and coordinates educator tours with various units on the installation to showcase and highlight Army training, experience, education, and benefits opportunities. Educator tours are designed to develop invaluable relationships between the Corps/Division, USAREC, and the local community.• Responsible for direct oversight and facilitation for high visibility recruiting events on the installation. • Assists Division Public Affairs Officer with recruiting content and digital media.• Provides mandatory briefing with Soldiers identified for recruiting within the past 30 days that have not previously attended the initial briefing. Briefings provide an overview of recruiting duty to identified Soldiers, outline administrative requirements for DA selected recruiting candidates, as well as cover the basic qualifications for recruiting to ensure that Soldiers selected meet the Army's "Position of Significant Trust and Authority" criteria, unique to USAREC Family Programs.• Primary POC on the installation for Soldiers selected for or wishing to volunteer for recruiting.
