Chief Executive Officer
CurrentWe created the Tactical Athlete Program, an all-inclusive training program designed to improve the skills and knowledge of law enforcement and security officers in the areas of de-escalation, use of force law, use of force best practices, lesson plan development, use of force reporting, active shooter training, officer wellness, including mental health, and safe and effective control tactics. The program is designed to give officers the skills to gain control over a combative subject as quickly as possible, with tactics that are based on control with rapid transition to handcuffing. The goal of the program is to reduce the use of force by officers, thus reducing injuries to suspects, officers, and bystanders. As you know, excessive use of force by officers can lead to costly payouts for cities and departments. According to recent statistics, cities and departments across the country have paid out millions of dollars in settlements for excessive use of force incidents. Most current training programs only cover one aspect of control techniques, whereas the Tactical Athlete Program encompasses all of the training that officers need to keep the community safe and minimize use of force payouts. This program includes not only physical well-being but also mental health training, which will be beneficial for officers and the department as a whole.I would like to invite you to learn more about the Tactical Athlete Program and its potential benefits for law enforcement and security agencies. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a call or meeting to discuss further.
