- Effectively design, manage and supervise the audit process from planning to completion with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters across a diverse portfolio of clients.- Provide guidance and supervision to audit teams, ensuring the effective execution of audit procedures.- Consistently meet deadlines and understand the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, fee income and client service.- Use of analysis, experience and judgment to design and execute audit procedures based on understanding the client’s business, the risks it faces, and its internal control processes.- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.- Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.- Review, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on audit matters.- Understanding of the sector and business environment in which the client operates.Software: Microsoft Excel and Word, Audit file, SAP, Oracle, Xero, Tally ERP and Prime, Quickbooks and Zoho.

- Responsible for the disbursement processes to vendors within deadlines including verifying requests for payments and ensuring that invoices are in accordance with the contract (Oracle).- In charge of auditing petty cash and processing replenishment.- Performed month-end closings, including monthly accrual of expenses (Oracle) and liquidation of monthly sales for major consignors (RISA).- Responsible for daily adjustments of merchandise inventory (MMS) and conducting quarterly physical inventory counts with the Warehouse team and external auditor (CPS).- Conducted internal audits (RISA) for SM Advantage card redemption and gift card redemption.- Responsible for gathering and auditing LBR documents (Loss and Breakage Report – a document used when employees were charged) and processing them with the system (iPay).Software: Oracle, Retail Integrated Systems Audit (RISA), Merchandising Management System (MMS), Centralized P Count System (CPS) and iPay.

- Conduct audits for the six companies of one of the largest and fastest-growing multi-brand automotive networks in the Philippines.- On-site visits to the client’s office to gather the documents and perform audits.- Prepare financial statements and audit working papers.- Meeting with the Finance Head, Group Head, Controller and CFO of the client. - Provide bookkeeping services to various SME clients and prepare their tax returns.
