• Responsible for deploying the VMDs new Systems@Work expense management system. Coordinating with external developers in the creation of a bespoke interface between the Expenses@Work output and SAGE X3 invoice generator• Providing project planning and UAT support during the VMDs SAGE X3 system upgrade• Fees and Charges Project (Finance Lead) – advising on the re-structuring of new fees and charges that have been presented in the new Veterinary Medicines Regulation (VMR) that will come into law in January 2022o Advising on the creation of new Northern Ireland fees in line with the UK governments commitment to unfettered access between the GB and NI markets places• Identifying process improvements within the directorates work recording system and leading a department-wide workshop on the new features being activated• Ad-hoc assignments including IR35 guidance, COVID risk analysis and fees impact assessments

• Responsible for maintaining currency positions with prime broker and ensuring daily currency deliveries and/or forwards are settled or rolled-out as per front office direction• Update and maintain margin report to insure all deposits and draw-downs are accurately reflected on the internal platform, while also informing font office of individual client margin held• Uploading payment details onto platform, Lloyds Arena and Western Union Business Solutions, setting up payments and authorising release of payments• Reconciling various individual currency spreadsheets with our cash management system and our accounting system (Xero)

• Implement a program focused on bringing third party providers into compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)• Build-out a master database for tracking progress that allows metrics to be run off for weekly reporting to project coordinators• Liaison with PMO consultants to insure processes are formulated and actioned in accordance with contractual, commercial and compliance requirements• Contact high-value third party providers directly to ascertain whether they are within the scope of GDPR, and if so, facilitate a client-specific pathway towards compliance

• Fund launch – provide project support activities for the launch of new sub-funds within the UCITs framework. Providing administrative and organisational support for the team manager while also producing regular progress reports for the various soon-to-be launch sub-funds• Recordkeeping and verification of non-custodial assets - request that verification or due diligence performed by legal on the acquisition of an asset is addressed to the depositary• Fund Monthly Reviews - produce monthly fund reviews for oversight of the operational and regulatory requirements of the fund laid out in the fund prospectus covering;o Distributions, reinvestments, fee accruals, performance fees, NAV calculationso Investment restrictions, regulatory framework (UCITs, ICAV, QIAIF)o Independent check of all exchange rates and corporate actions (dividends) to pricing vendors such as Bloomberg, Interactive Data (IDC)• Cash flow monitoring - implemented effective and proper procedures to ensure all cash and position reconciliation is preformed daily
