As a dedicated team member, I am trusted to provide tiered support and differentiation for students. I believe my energy, patience, and flexibility are essential to ensure success for all students. I intend to utilize my experiences in the classroom and implement activities to produce an energizing and creative learning environment that keeps students mentally, physically and intellectually engaged. Past experience has enabled me to create and implement daily lessons which promote the improvement of physical, cognitive and collaborative skills. Utilize scaffolding and differentiated instruction to facilitate different styles of learners and accommodate students’ specific goals and needs.
