Strategic leader for all United States West Coast operations and Sales with a primary focus on organic business growth and carrier management. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Development of relationships with carriers to maximize usage and increase carrier base- Management of communications with existing customers while organically building business- Training and on-boarding of new employees- Management of after hours staff- Oversee the distribution and allocation of funds designated for fuel advances- Management, tracking and resolution of all T-Chek related issues- Planning and leading of all organizational team meetings to ensure maximization of available assets and continued revenue growth- Pre-screening of all potential new carriers to ensure they meet organizational requirements - Setting daily rates to both customers carriers based on industry analysis

Oversee the distribution of trucks on correct loads based on loading location, destination and delivery time.
