Responsible for the management and execution of Rice Energy’s Midstream Services department including construction, operations, system optimization/planning, technology, and producer services. •Directed the management of forty employees in six sub-departments including Gas Control, Scheduling and Planning, Midstream Services, SCADA and Communications, Gas Measurement, and Information Technology.•Developed and introduced industry best practices, processes, and technology for gas measurement, SCADA, and L&U management. As of November 2017, overall system L&U reduced from 4% to 1% (gathering and compression revenue increased ~$1.7 million). •Directed the development and management of an integrated Gas Control and Scheduling groups. Both groups are currently responsible for the execution of 3.3 Bcf/d daily throughput as of November 1, 2017.•Developed and implemented an end-to-end marketing, transportation, midstream, and accounting software solution. The system generated over $150 million in gas gathering and processing revenue with an expected additional $150 million by year end 2017.•Managed and implemented business processes, engineering standards, and the coordination with Upstream customers on the commissioning of ~82,000 horsepower of compression in Ohio and Pennsylvania.•Directed and managed the establishment of an integrated Gas Control/Control Room including the implementation of a control room management plan, integrated SCADA/Scheduling technologies, and standard operating procedures.•Directed and managed the implementation of an integrated Operations and Engineering data collection and workforce management solution. The groundbreaking solution included standard operating procedures, management of change, pre-startup safety review, preventative maintenance, and on-going compliance management.•Directed Rice Energy's Midstream integration and transition plan as part of the ~$8.2B EQT Corporation acquisition.
