Came on board to assist with implementing new marketing strategies, and oversee advertising for all clients. During my short time with MnM Marketing we tripled our client base, and were able to expand by hiring two new members.

Provided support to Gym Owners across the world and assisted them with implementing our strategies and software. I was responsible for creating and managing Ads for hundreds of business owners and ensuring that their ROI was maximized. This includes tracking their Cost Per Result, Click Through Rate, and other analytics to further succeed in each individual market. I would create full builds using the software's that were a part of our system (Clickfunnels, Acuity Scheduling, Infusionsoft, Zoho, Zapier, etc.) and schedule calls with the client to walk them through the system and explain how to navigate and make the most out of their money. I was also responsible for researching and reviewing new software’s that could improve our current system, as well as staying up to date with best practices regarding advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. I would also provide strategies to reduce attrition rates and create better relationships with the business owners' current clients. I worked closely with other departments in order to ensure the vision of the company was fully understood and assisted with creating the client experience journey that would guarantee each new client received world class support and coaching.

Designing, planning, and execution of the Bandai Namco show floor at several events and conventions including each Wizard World Comic-Con™ dates across the country with the purpose of promotion for not only upcoming releases but the brand itself. I represented Bandai Namco, Inc. at each Wizard World convention as well as corporate ran launch parties and promotions. I oversaw promotional events such as overseeing celebrity meet and greets at the booths, working with Wizard World to operate giveaways at the convention, handing out promotion material and invoking the convention attendees to consider the wide selection of media that Bandai Namco offers. Occasionally I would be assigned to represent Bandai Namco INC. at meetings with clients that were requesting our appearance at a convention, during these meetings it was my job to discuss the company’s direction, what our provisional standards are and require to be able to accomplish a successful promotional event. I would also acquire important information about the event such as the expected number of attendees, the convention’s history, and the budget that they were working with.

Provide professional support to hundreds of thousands of customers including but not limited to: ISP Support, Landline phone support, Television support, Bulk to Customer / Bulk to Home Digital communications, support to 5 Star hotels in all 50 states, outsourced internet/network management for outsourced corporations, manage scheduled maintenance and installations for the largest Television, Telephone, and Internet provider for Eastern Kentucky homes and businesses. This position has allowed me to broaden my public relations skillset an immense amount and given me an insight to providing customers across the country support for a multitude of issues regarding personal technology. The ability to resolve issues with personal technology has turned into a life skill that will forever assist me through life.

Set up, and execution of a gaming area and gaming tournaments across the country at the popular and well known Wizard World Comic Con’s across the United States. These conventions brought in tens of thousands of attendees and as a part of the Event Coordinator team assigned to run the gaming side of the convention, we were responsible for providing a second to none experience for casual and competitive gamers. My role within this is to manage and assist with the setup of gaming consoles, monitors, and stages, including the lighting and sound systems. Another major role of this position is being able to network and communicate the necessities of operating the tournaments in each date of the Comic Con tour as well as hiring personalities for the livestreams of each gaming tournament, and discussing advertising methods for the competitions with the company’s Social Media team. Upon arriving to the location days prior to the opening date of the convention we would begin setting up for the event, as a team we would work together to prepare an immense and inviting gaming environment for the attendees of the convention. As the convention begins, we overlook the process of signing up for the tournament, working through an intense, large bracket with hundreds of competitors, and offer a hands-on experience with unreleased video games and fan-favorites that keep convention attendees coming back for more every day of the convention. Once the convention had finally came to a finish, I worked closely with other members of the gaming team and freight staff to disassemble the stage, kiosks, and set ups that we had placed prior to the event, going the extra mile and assisting the team with loading all the way until the trucks had been packed and ready for the next stop in the tour.

Individual contracted work for eSports events including set-up of event necessities such as stages, sound systems, livestreaming setups, and consoles for the events to use. We provide complete set-ups necessary for conventions and events including but not limited to gaming consoles, monitors, speakers, stage equipment, live streaming equipment and computers. Platinum 5 Studios have been responsible for multiple successful eSports events, working together with large titles such as 343 industries to operate events in there eSports league, Halo Championship Series or HCS for short. We smoothly operate the bracket and ensure that the entire event goes without any issues. Platinum 5 Studios are also responsible for the “eSports Minor League “. This is a league created and ran by the company to provide amateur teams a place to compete for cash prizes. This league is livestreamed weekly with commentary by known figures in each games’ respective community, and provides eSports scenes with a stable, organized place to compete.

Traveled with the band on their tour bus throughout the duration of Vans Warped Tour and created an aesthetically pleasing mobile store and managed the pricing and sales of the band's shirts, CD's and other merchandise. My responsibilities during this project was to establish a mobile store that was simple to set up, didn’t take up too much space, and still provided potential customers with an experience that stood out from other bands stores. I was responsible, along with one other person, for complete operation of this project. We would manage the pricing of each item, run the store, and also use multiple sales strategies to maximize profit.

Social Media Evaluation work, rating and providing professional criticism on how to improve advertisements that show up in user's daily news feeds including work on popular social media websites/apps Instagram and Facebook. This project allowed me to remotely view and evaluate advertisements that would show up in the feeds of the millions of Facebook and Instagram users. After viewing the advertisement, I would rate it for its entertainment, ability to relate with potential customers, and overall design of the advertisement.
