Current• Responsible for the onboarding, management, and advancement of the DER Orchestration product and associated assets on the VPP platform • Maintain successful relationships with vendors and serve as day-to-day point of contact, documenting and communicating status and performing administrative duties• Provide support to AEP Operating Companies and Regulatory by assisting with filings and testimony related to the design and management of DER Orchestration product offerings• Provide overall expertise and coordination for VPP participation in the wholesale energy markets• Support the strategic direction for all aspects of the DER Orchestration business• Perform data synthesis, create data visuals, create key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and support compliance reporting• Lead the delivery of training and education to Commercial Operations Market Operations teams to ensure optimal utilization of VPP assets • Promote a cooperative working environment with an emphasis on safety, good utility practice, customer satisfaction, and innovation• Develop effective communications for internal and external audiences on the strategy, value, opportunities, roadblocks, and status of the VPP
