My objective is that these initiatives result in customer loyalty and therefore long-term customer retention.

Supported our large to enterprise-sized customers as they transitioned from sales prospects to active users and ultimately ambassadors of our products.

Supported our small to medium-sized customers as they transitioned from sales prospects to active users and ultimately ambassadors of our products. I was responsible and accountable for the customer's journey post-sale. This entailed onboarding new clients and reducing our customer's time to value; Developed healthy customer relationships deep into their organization; Acted as a customer advocate within our company and ensured their feedback was heard and acted on; Encouraged customers to upgrade products and services our company provided.

Developed and executed training plans, training materials, and classes, scheduled classes into facilities, and provided software instruction to both customers and our organization’s employees. I also reviewed results and trainee feedback to improve materials and classes, as well as identify and develop additional software training opportunities.

In this role, I was responsible for answering all customer questions/concerns regarding our company's products, policies, and services. I became an expert within our organization by maintaining a high level of understanding of the services, products, and policies of our organization in order to answer all questions and concerns that customers had. I was also responsible for: maintaining accurate and confidential customer records, answering phones, reporting and analyzing information, opening and closing relevant accounts, and reaching out to customers.
