As the Process Strategy Lead for BCBSND, I am responsible for conducting evaluations of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing improvement initiatives that result in increased business agility, operational efficiencies and cost reduction. I serve as a strategic advisor to Senior and Executive leadership, applying various methods to achieve optimal outcomes including ScaledAgile, Lean, change management, process reengineering, data insights, and general leadership consulting and guidance.

Responsible to lead enterprise portfolio management for BCBSND. I oversaw intake, demand, resource, and delivery management; driving evolving practices that focus on continuous improvement and increased business agility. Led corporate strategy to implement new enterprise planning and enablement practices that align to Scaled Agile Framework.I regularly provided coaching and guidance to operational areas, assisted with divisional strategic planning, assessed and consulted on operational practices, and advised senior leadership in developing paths forward that resolved organizational and strategic challenges.

I was primarily responsible for our data analytics and reporting function within BCBSND's MIS team, providing insights to enable our Sales team to gain and retain our customer base. Additionally, I managed all project/request intakes, assignments, and performance management of the MIS team.

I was primarily responsible for developing data feeds, employer group reporting, and applications that were used by internal stakeholders to deliver insights to Sales and management, to meet the needs of the organization and its customers. I also led the development of web-based management apps used by MIS and other internal stakeholders to manage workload and documentation.
