Over the ten years, I have served the public as both a volunteer and as a working member of the above-mentioned business and organizations. I have had the pleasure of working for and with the general public as a volunteer firefighter, as well as a delivery driver, satellite service installer, a product merchandiser and most recently as a retail service representative where I have learn how to mange a team. Through these invaluable life and work experiences, I have had the unique opportunity of working in stressful working environments and have learned the value and importance of customer service. I have also cultured the significance of time management and have been able to excel when tasked with a deadline or timeframe goals. Whether meeting deadlines or accomplishing tasks as assigned, I have been directly involved in quality customer service and problem solving mitigation.
