An enthusiastic and dedicated university graduate of Biomedical Sciences. My university education has left me able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team within a fast paced environment.I believe I am able to demonstrate high levels of personal motivational and organisational skills, in order to achieve set objectives within time constraints. I am able to effectively receive and interpret instruction from seniors and implement them within the given situation under a fairly self-sufficient work ethic, while also being able to relay such information efficiently and concisely to those under my supervision. These skills were developed even further during my employment at a care home, where I was responsible for both working the floor and managing the team before progressing to a management role where I developed my administrative skill. I believe myself to possess excellent interpersonal skills and am able to communicate concisely and effectively at all levels up to my understanding, allowing me to quickly and effectively both give and receive relevant information within a fast paced work setting.
