Engage management for clarification when needed-Ability to clearly articulate contract language and billing to clients when clients have questions or dispute an invoice. -Submits formal credit approvals to management when an invoice needs to be corrected / adjusted. -Ensure the credit Authority Matrix is followed / adhered to-Once credit approval is obtained, ensure the credit is processed within the same month the approval was obtained-Ensure billing has been corrected appropriately and ensure credit / rebills are processed within the same month-Process End of Life product notifications (EOL's) and RCC (Outside Collections) cases within allotted time frame in order to avoid additional credits-Process Settlements and Amendments in a timely manner to prevent additional billings to the client-Ensure Sales Force is updated with notes and close cases when completed-Ensure the Accounting Share Drive is updated with credit approvals and back-up documentation to meet audit requirements-On a quarterly basis, submit all unprocessed credits at the end of a quarter so Accounting can book an accrual

-Update all changes to Clients Demographics-Client inactivations and account consolidations-Consent to Assignment changes for Client Licenses-Create project codes for the Billing Team-Administration of Client Demographics queue within Sales Force to update client demographics in the Client Data Hub-Ensure Oracle is updated for Billing, Order Management, and Contracts Modules with direction-Coordination with Legal, Sales, Sales Command Center, Support, Billing, and AR.
